Suparna is a successful entrepreneur devoted to creating personal and global transformation through empowering women to make their dreams a reality. She is a true visionary and teacher, inspiring a movement of change and infinite possibilities.
Suparna’s journey began as a trainer and manager for a large regional bank in Baltimore. While her work as a trainer was an integral part of her journey, it did not take long before she found herself eager for her life’s next challenge. Passionate about helping others and teaching, Suparna discovered life coaching, igniting a fire of interest and ultimately leading to her professional calling.
After training to be a life coach in 2002, she co-founded a coaching and consulting company providing empowerment coaching to start-up businesses in need of direction, balance and motivation. In 2004, Suparna became a partner in a transformational coaching company educating people on how to create careers around their passions. She led business development as well as worked with hundreds of clients privately and in groups ands spoke in front of thousands.
Committed to serving her community, Suparna is the President of the Board for Women’s Education Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women of limited means discover their potential for college and career success. She also served as a lead coach for Future Possibilities, a non-profit organization that mentors inner city children and empowers them to develop critical self-esteem and life skills as well as sitting on the board of SAAIDS (South Asia Against AIDS) from 2001 - 2004 where she played a role in both fundraising and awareness building.
Suparna’s undergraduate education began at Emory University and ended at Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. In 1998 she went on to receive a Masters in Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She is a certified coach from both Coach for Life and The Life Purpose Institute. Suparna proudly resides in New York City, living life to the fullest and blazing her path with passion!

Nicole M. Letelier Chief Communications Officer of She Creates Change
Nicole is a passionate and successful change management expert and coach committed to empowering her clients to embrace an authentic life of purpose and meaning.
Nicole began her journey in magazine publishing creating marketing programs for leading national magazines including Entertainment Weekly, Teen People and the Conde Nast Media Group. After successfully coaching every direct report towards a career more aligned with their passions, Nicole realized a career change for herself was in order. After a year of solo-travel and self reflection, Nicole found her true calling and has never looked back. As a teacher and coach Nicole is called to use her talents to enable transformative change for all of her clients.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University in Communications and a Master of Science in Change Management from The New School. While receiving her Masters, driven by her belief in the power of transformative change through community, Nicole co-founded and led an university-wide initiative in partnership with Ashoka U to create an enabling community of practice where students can actualize their full potential as changemakers.
Driven by the belief that transformative change can happen at any stage of life, Nicole serves as consultant for the Heckscher Scholars Program, a leadership development program for high school youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. In this role, she provides strategic direction for an innovative professional development curriculum centralized around social entrepreneurship and sustainability which she developed and initiated.
A skilled facilitator, Nicole has designed and taught over 100 workshops and trainings throughout the five boroughs, bringing her honest, heartfelt and positive energy to all who attend. Nicole has taught at Parsons The New School for Design fostering the next generation of socially responsible entrepreneurs and served as speaker at the inaugural TEDx Ashoka U event.
Nicole is a proud native New Yorker living with the love of her life and their dog Matilda. At She Creates Change Nicole oversees all things communications related while coaching private clients and teaching She Creates Change's signature program - JumpStart Intensive.
